Marsh Bellofram recommends the use of diaphragm seals such as the Model 12000 Mini Serviceable Rubber Diaphragm Seal to extend instrumentation service life and reduce downtime and maintenance costs, by protecting instrumentation from corrosion, clogging, freezing, or pulsation damage.
The Model 12000 Mini Serviceable Rubber Diaphragm Seal features an optional “easy clean-out” feature that allows removal of the process side housing without losing the fill fluid of the instrument side.
A fill/bleed screw port is standard on the instrument side housing, with stainless steel build screws as standard. Units are filled and calibrated to gauges only.
